Essential oils are highly concentrated. Possible skin sensitivity. Consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or if you have a medical condition. Avoid eyes, mucus membranes, and sensitive skin. Discontinue use if signs of irritation occur.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Use in moderation. Nutmeg is a skin irritant when undiluted. Use only 1% in a blend or 1/4% in massage oil. Do not use during pregnancy.
